Starting to work on my costume for Renaissance Festival 2013. This year I am inspired to make an original design for an Absinthe Fairy Costume. I started posting on my cosplay page my sketches I make for my own costumes that I design. I came up with 3 different ones for this particular costume, cause I had too much fun with it Out of the three I chose my second design, but usually when I make my own design it never looks the same after its finished in the end which is completely fine with me, it usually ends up better But I might take ideas from each of the designs I made and put them in my costume. Its taking a bit to get working on it cause I haven't been able to get all the materials, just a little at a time. But I finally got to start a little today after being distracted by internet and playing videogames

Also plan to work on making a gift for my new sister in law who's baby shower is coming up soon. I found a website where you can print off a pattern to design./make your own hospital gown so you can look pretty for your hospital pics. I showed her the link and she loved the idea. I've written down her ideas I just have to get fabric to start.
